Set-up & Training
Digital Highway offers numerous training and consulting services designed to enable you to get the most from your wireless products. Below is a list of our standard offerings, if you need a service that is not listed below, please contact your sales representative and we will tailor a program to meet your needs.
Training Products:
- Blackberry, Smartphone or Aircard Device user training: $80.00 (private session).***
- Advanced Blackberry, Smartphone or Aircard Device user training: $35.00 per person (public session).***
- Advanced Blackberry, Smartphone or Aircard Device user training: $80.00 (private session). ***
- On Site Blackberry, Smartphone or Aircard Device user training: $50.00 per person ($100.00 minimum).*
General Support Products:
- On Site Technical Support: $95.00 per hour (Minimum 1 hr). Examples of on site technical support are: BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) installation and configuration, Global Positioning System (GPS) application installation and configuration, BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) installation and configuration.*
- Telephone Support: $80.00 per hour (Billed in 10 minute increments).
- In store support: $80.00 per hour (Billed in 15 minute increments). Examples of in store support are: BlackBerry Internet Service configuration and troubleshooting.
Business Application Support Products:
- Setup application defaults/parameters: $20.00 per handset.**
- Load/Reinstall Applications: $15.00 per handset.*
- Administrator Training: $50.00 per hour.*
- User Training: $35.00 per user.*
* Travel time is billed at $0.50 per mile plus $50.00 per travel hour with a $25.00 minimum travel charge.
** Discounts for more than 20 handsets are available.
