Applies to all the phones on your account Lets you choose either Walk-in Service or Door-To-Door Express Repairs or replaces any phone (exceptions apply) that displays repairable damage. Service & Repair Center staff determine whether a phone will be repaired or replaced. Returns phone to you within advertised turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays). Some repairs may require additional processing time. |

| How Do I Sign Up? |
1. Purchase Equipment Service & Repair Program at the time you purchase and activate Nextel phone or BlackBerry. 2. You may enroll in the first 30 days after activation of your Nextel phone or BlackBerry by visiting any Digital Highway location. 3. You may also enroll immediately after a paid Service & Repair paid transaction in a Service & Repair center. |
