How to Enroll: You may enroll in Total Equipment Protection when you activate or uprgrade your device. To enroll within 30 days after activation or upgrade, ask an associate or call 1-800-584-3666. Devices are only eligible within 30 days of activation or upgrade. Additionally, you may enroll in the Equipment Service & Repair program at the time of paid service or repair transaction at a Sprint Phone Repair Center. A customer may cancel coverage at any time at no cost and will receive a proreated credit for any unused premium. see in-store program specific brochure for full coverage details.
* Service provide through insurance portion of Total Equipment Protection Program and requires a deductable at time of claim.

Equipment Protection Programs and Individual Service Options include the following covered at no charge: Device unlock/reset, phonebook swaps and software customization.
We strive to provide you the best service and quickest response. The time to complete your transaction depends on the service option you choose and the type of phone to be repaired. Most services available while you wait. If phone replacement is required due to the extent of damage, phone replacement may take up to two (2) business days.

Call or stop in to your nearest Digital Highway location.
30-Day Service Guarantee
If your phone exhibits software or hardware defects within 30 days from the time of the original repair, take it back to the Digital Highway Phone Repair Center that performed the original repair. The center will either repair your phone or replace it at no charge. Whether to repair or replace the phone is at the discretion of the center.
The Sprint Equipment Service & Repair Program does not cover damage beyond repair, liquid damage, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
- Not all units are eligible for the Sprint Equipment Service & Repair Program.
- Cancellation of the Sprint Equipment Service & Repair Program will take effect at bill date following notice of cancellation.
- Not all phone models are eligible for Level 2 button replacement and may fall under a Level 3 repair; consult your repair technician.
